I'm a foraging teacher, supplier and Wild Pop Up chef. I come from a cooking and teaching background, having trained and worked at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland and I managed a Cookery School here in Scotland too.

Now freelance, I run public and private foraging walks, courses & Pop Ups, largely in East Lothian. Wild Food & Wild Cooking are my focus - sustainable harvesting and the connect with nature that brings; using foraged finds in the here and now and how to preserve them for use throughout the year, as much as possible in the great outdoors!
