Wild Food School
Marcus Harrison has had his eye on edible wild plants for the best part of 40 years, having been brought up on a large farm and having an instinctive 'feel' for the landscape wherever it may be in Europe. With his ethnobotanist hat on, he has published a number of books of wild food recipes, as well as on the subject of 'water and food' in survival situations. In this respect he is involved with professional survival training for UK Forces, while at the same time can turn out foraged dishes and food ideas that would be equally acceptable in a commercial setting. Most recently he has published a book on cooking with seaweed.
