Type of business: Foraging and wild food and drink tutor.

Main foraging activity: Foraging (mainly plants) with groups on courses, and foraging myself to develop recipes and practice wild food preparation, preservation and cookery methods for plants, algae, fungi, game and seafood.

Other foraging activities: Foraging wild foods (mainly plants) to make small batch preserves and drinks to sell to the public and restaurants, bars and shops.

Main area of activity: Running foraging courses and walks, wild food and drink food demonstrations and wild cocktails at events.
