Heavenly Hedgerows



Chris runs 'Heavenly Hedgerows' making preserves and liqueurs from sustainably foraged hedgerow berries. Founded in 2008 she sells locally and in her spare time runs private foraging courses for chefs and small parties. Chris worked as foraging tutor and cook for Valehouse Kitchen Country Skills School in 2014 for 2 years before leaving to concentrate on developing liqueurs. Chris grows wild greens for The Pig Hotel near Bath and other local restaurants.
