Stuart runs courses in foraging and wild cookery, teaching all age groups from forest schools to stag groups. He has run foraging courses and wild booze workshops at Port Eliot festival and undertakes regular seashore forage and feast days with the Wildlife Trust. As well as running regular pop-up wild food feasts, Stuart has just set up his own microbrewery, specialising in beers that feature foraged and wild ingredients.
