I have been foraging since 2013 and am still amazed by the abundance and variety of wonderful flavours that are available on our doorsteps. Since my first mushroom forage in 2013 I have spent much of my spare time gaining first hand experience of plants, fungi and seaweeds. I've learned how to create tasty, healthy foods with them and I really enjoy sharing my experience with others. I offer public and private foraging courses for individuals and groups in Scotland.
